For couples, families, teens and adults, mental health counseling (also called psychotherapy) is a great asset for people who want health and happiness. Whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, stress-filled relationships, substance use, lack of motivation & purpose, contemplating divorce, and the like, I am a counselor who believes in your ability to heal and that your resilience is invaluable. Through regular sessions we can work together to find your strengths and overcome obstacles.
Health is Inherent

Contemplative Psychotherapy
Acknowledges that everyone has inherent health and the wisdom necessary to reveal that innate health. The way we progress is with the use of mindfulness to stay in the present moment with the compassion of acceptance.
Substance Use & Addictive Behavior Counseling
Treatment that helps one overcome substance use and other unhealthy behaviors. We go through a systematic process to manage various types of addictions, including substances, video gaming, gambling and social media dependance.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Concentrates on finding solutions in the present rather than delving into past problems.
Weekend Therapy Intensives
An experiential therapeutic intensive that goes beyond the therapeutic hour, where we explore possibilities for deeper resolution.
Family Systems Therapy
Type of psychotherapy that treats the family as an integrated system. It's based on the idea that what affects one family member affects the whole family.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Person-Centered Therapy
Emphasizes empathy and unconditional positive regard to support personal growth.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Incorporates mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.
Somatic Therapy
Emphasizes the body as a critical and imminent way to connect with emotions in a healthy way.
